Did deposit and charged for 4 dollars for the deposit i made. did withdraw money and took more than 5 days, didnt give the whole amount of the money i withdraw and even charged a payment fee of 17 dollars for the wired transfer money. and the customer service couldnt answer why their customer have been charged with all this money. wow. thank you for such an epic fail experience

I am from Vancouver and registered in Vancouver for the free 222 spin to Canadians and up to $1000.00 as advertised, then as soon as I created my account the offer disappeared and suddenly I’m only offered 22 free spins if I deposit first!!!! Document demands deliver to junk mail so realised after 7 days when no payout arrived I needed to supply documents. Document uploader doesn’t work properly. Rejecting “ “blurred” documents which are pdf downloads from my bank. 4 day wait between each email. 17 days later and I still do t have a withdrawal paid out for less than I deposited.

Opened an account and deposited £10, went to log back in and my account was locked, with no explanation, tried online chat, waited 30 minutes in a queue, to be told that I needed to provide documents, I provided the documents, then waited another 3 days, no answer, had to wait again in online chat for another 30 minutes, to be told that one of the documents was blurry ( it wasn’t) then they emailed me, and after 7 emails over a week, I was verified, I then just wanted to withdraw my initial deposit, 5 days later and email stating that it can’t be withdrawn into my own bank account!!!!
