Once you deposit, forget about seeing your money again.

I was winning $157. I’ll send my screen. Someone else had logged in and logged me out. I tried to log back in, and it said my account was suspended. The person I played for said that the actual Orion Company were the ones who did it. I don’t completely believe him, but there’s nothing I can do about it.He told me it’s in the game. He claimed to have no control of it. There are thousands of these agents working everyday, getting people to play, taking people’s money, and when someone wins, they don’t pay. When they notice that you’re winning too much, they’ll suspend your account or they’ll steal money from it while you’re playing. I’ve watched it happen while I wasn’t even playing, just looking at the screen. This is ridiculous. It’s going too far. It’s been going on for years and nothing has been done about it. I don’t understand why!

I actually enjoyed playing these games and am seriously disappointed because I had made it up to $53 and when I tried to cash out it took several days of them telling me I could cash out the next morning and then when it would be the time I was told to cash out, they would say, “let me check…” and then wouldn’t say anything more until I would ask them if they had found anything out and then they would say, “please wait…” and then tell me to cash out the next day. Finally after four days or so if this they said I could cash out $15 of my winnings since I only deposited $10 (with a $5 bonus) or, as a one time exception I could cash out $25 and they would wipe the rest of my winnings. I took the second deal since it was the most they would allow me to cash out and I refuse to put any more money into it. What’s the point of I can’t really claim what I won? And what really happened to the other $28? Not cool!

Do not go there.They will rip you off like they did me. I sent them $26 and they only gave me $6 When I complained they took $20 from my account. I always record my screen so i have it all on video. If you do go there make sure you record your screen. And to top it off they know im trans and they called me ma’am/sir the same as saying shemale.

My agent was supposed to cash me out 301.00 and took it off the game. Then they claimed it wasn’t ever on there for me to cash out.

I had 56$ on the game got off game for a bit got back on game and there wasn’t nothing but 45 cents .I want my money. Tried to call all it said was phone was busy over and over. Can’t get any help apparently.

They advertise ‘instant withdrawals’ but it’s pure marketing.

I had a bad experience with them, specifically one of the platforms, Lucky Game Bit. Noise resulted from only money, and they haven’t paid me. I am very pissed off and am considering contacting the news in Oklahoma City about this issue.

The welcome bonus is a joke. You have to wager 65x and you can’t bet more than £2 or you forfeit everything. The worst part? They don’t clearly tell you that. I lost £80 thinking I was playing legit. It’s a setup.

They take forever to verify your ID, especially if you have winnings pending.
